School excursions Gympie, Mary Valley & Noosa Hinterland

A fun and relaxed outdoor destination for school groups, just south of Gympie.

Cobb & Co Nine Mile offers a safe and spacious outdoor setting, with plenty to see, do and enjoy for students of all ages.

MINI GOLF

Our 9 hole course will take you on a journey through glowing caves, dinosaur-filled landscapes, jungles, wild frontiers, carnivals and lost worlds, with something new to discover at every hole. A fully immersive experience designed to capture kids’ attention and keep them entertained from start to finish.

WALKING TRACKS

Our walking tracks are a great way for students to experience nature, get active and enjoy the outdoors. Explore our lush 50 acres on foot, trailing past the billabong and along Six Mile Creek. Keep an eye out for local wildlife, including birds, turtles and kangaroos.

HISTORY

Cobb & Co Nine Mile is rich in history. The property was originally a horse change station on the Cobb & Co mail route from 1878 for four years. Our quaint museum is a hub of history, memorabilia and artefacts, offering students a hands-on way to explore and extend their learning of Australian history.

FACILITIES

Our large reception building is the ultimate meeting hub. It is the ideal space to begin your excursion.

You’ll step off the bus and be welcomed by our friendly staff. Here, you can leave bags or belongings and store any cold food in the fridge.

Teachers and chaperones can enjoy a barista made coffee.

Our camp kitchen seats approx 60 people, with BBQ’s and sinks to use. Students can bring a packed lunch, or teachers can fire up the BBQ for a cooked lunch.
