Welcome to Cobb & Co Nine Mile Camping. We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful campground. Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before making your booking.

Booking & Deposit Requirements

 Luxury Accommodation (Cabin Style, Breezeway, Pirate Ship Breezeway, and Single Cabins)

• A deposit of 100% of the total booking cost is required at the time of making your booking.

Unpowered Camping

• A deposit equal to the first night’s stay charge is required at the time of making your booking. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival.

Failure to pay the required deposit may result in your booking being cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

Luxury Accommodation

• Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of amounts paid, less a $20 administration fee.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are only eligible for a refund, less a $20 administration fee, if the accommodation is rebooked for the same dates and number of nights.
• If the accommodation is rebooked for fewer nights, a refund, less a $20 administration fee, will only be provided for the nights successfully rebooked.
• If the accommodation is not rebooked, all amounts paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Unpowered Camping

• Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of amounts paid, less a $20 administration fee.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No Shows & Early Departures

• No refunds or booking transfers are available for no-shows or early departures, regardless of the reason.

Weather Policy

Camping is an outdoor experience, and weather conditions are beyond our control.

Refunds or transfers will not be provided due to weather conditions unless Cobb & Co Nine Mile Camping determines it is unsafe for guests to remain onsite and the campground is required to close.

By making a booking with Cobb & Co Nine Mile Camping, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
